It depends on the regulations of your bank. But I would say if they are charging you for each time you take out of your savings account you need to get out of there! I understand they may think that if they charge you it would be less tempting for you to take it out and therefore you may save more. But they have to realize that it is your money and you should be able to access it when you need it! I would strongly look at getting out of there!

It depends on the bank on how many transfers or withdrawls you can do a month.
As for “over the limit” it is the same as your checking account, they have over the limit fees.
