Not sure but first class is going up to 41cents soon, but you can buy the new liberty bell first class forever stamps now for 39cents each and they’re good forever no matter how much first class is in the future. Say it goes up to 50cents and you’ve only paid 39cents thats $440 savings a month on 4000 letters. Makes sense if you can afford to fork out for the stamps now.
