Changing The Day Light Savings Time On A Htc Touch?

i need to manually switch my HTC Touch to be on day light savings time. normally i would just switch the time on the clock but at midnight/noon it will switch back to normal, its really irratating me
if anyone knows how, youve got a quick 10 pts!
