I need a friend to deposit some money into my savings account. Problem is my account is inactive, but not terminated yet. The bank told me it would be if it remained like that for a year. So is it possible for my friend to deposit money into my savings account ? Plus, I don’t know him too well yet, so would this be a wise decision? If all’s well, what do I need to give him for him to deposit the money?

Dont give him anything except your name. All he has to do is say that he needs to deposit the money into a friends savings acount. They will ask for the name and find the account in the computer system.
if your friend could just send you the money some other way, you can be the one to deposit it to your account. it would be safer this way.
