    Savings bonds don’t really mature, but they do stop earning interest after a certain time. If you own Series EE bonds–the most popular–they stop earning interest 30 years after you buy them. For others, go to the link below.

    You can try the website http://www.savingsbonds.gov or you can bring them to your financial institution and they would be able to help. Most savings bonds can take up to 30 years to fully mature and the interest earned on them is constantly changing. Good Luck!
