Assuming you already have told the bank to link both accounts together so you can do this. If not, you need to tell them to link your savings and checking.
1. log into your accounts
2.at the top of the accounts page, click on the PAYMENTS AND TRANSFERS tab
3.Next screen-see three tabs–click on ACCOUNT TRANSFERS
4. Next click on SCHEDULE A TRANSFER
5. The screen will say “Transfer Money”–about half way down “from accounts” (choose savings) and to account (choose checking account)
6. Next screen:choose the date, and amount you want to transfer, and hit NEXT
7. Then finish up

First make sure you have set up both accounts to allow online usage.
Call up the bank if you have both types of accounts and do not see them posted online.
Chase allows transfer of money.
You have to look for the transfer box.
Keep looking.
If not call them at customer support.
Note: could it be that one of the accounts has a parent on it?
Or someone elses name on it? This could be your problem.
