I like INGdirect as well. I have my savings account with them, and I’m loving the interest rate! They give you so many options of doing things, by email, by phone, etc, that it makes it very easy and convenient. The only downside is transfers back may take a couple days (I’m linked with my regular checking account).
I have experienced several banks web sites, do some research. I like BofA, the sites are simple but secure,and most of all accurate. Try the site for any questions, they also have live chat
