Intel reports strong Q4 aided by PC and server chip spending

Intel achieved a net profit of US.3 billion in the fourth quarter of 2009 — a strong financial showing driven by an increase in spending on PC and server chips. The world’s biggest chip maker saw revenue increase 28 percent to .6 billion
