What Does It Mean For A Commercial Aircraft To Have Flight Crew Commonality Savings?

This is an extension of a previous question I asked. I know what commonality saving are in regards to parts, but I’m looking at an aircraft that says it has 70% commonality savings with flight crew. What does that mean, because regardless of the a/c, you’d still be using the same crew, right?
