Us Savings Bonds Were Lost/stolen, I Don't Have The Number Of Them. How Can I Find Out If They Were Cashed?

I had over 64 US Savings Bonds (Series e) for my 2 daughters. They were misplaced/lost/stolen. I need to find out if they were cashed & by whom? It was over 20 years ago.
