i noticed that bank savings rates at places like hsbc are 3% and yet their cds are like 2% or less. Why is that?

Prime has been rising quite a bit along with many of the lending interest rates, from what I’ve seen. Why are savings accounts still rock bottom?

I’ve heard turkey is pretty good. 15% and more depending on the amount you put into the account. Anywhere else that is any better?
