Which Do You Perfer; Daylight Savings Time When The Time Is Moved Up Or When It Is Moved Back?

I personally like them both because the summer gives more daylight and in winter it’s daylight at 7:30 in the morning. Before the time is moved back, it’s still dark at 7:30 am.
